Yes, and that had to be clarified as I recall. The Tellers should have
issued the results, some of which required 75% and some 50% of the votes
when they were ready to quote figures. The meeting was running late. The
Chair had call the meeting to order at the end, since the business was
not complete.

Having said that the Tellers did excellent work under pressure, and I am
not suggesting any errors in the outcome of the voting. I am simply
saying that the reporting (to the meeting) was rushed.
