Re: [Wikimediauk-l] 3rd party Dictionary of Species taking a feed from Commons via Wikidata

2016-05-20 Thread Robin Owain

Yes, and that's phase 3! Already we have had a response from ornithologists in Australia who want to upload. Phase two is birdsongs which will be enabled in a fortnight - I've added a link on WikiProject:Birds, and then on to videos. Do pump it up!On 19 May 2016 at 16:09 geni wrote:On 19 May 2016 at 15:11, Robin Owain wrote:Hi allThe Dictionary of Welsh species has now become an Illustrated Dictionary.Take a look:http://www.llennatur.com/Drupal7/llennatur/?q=node/6#Gl%C3%B6ynDo you know if it pulls in video files?-- geni___Wikimedia UK mailing listwikimediau...@wikimedia.orghttps://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wikimediauk-lWMUK: https://wikimedia.org.uk> WMUK: https://wikimedia.org.uk

[Wikimediauk-l] [Wikimania 2016] Help for reviewing posters

2016-05-20 Thread Anne-Laure Prévost
Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to this list for some help.

Participants to Wikimania 2016 filled in information for posters here :
https://wikimania2016.wikimedia.org/wiki/Posters
Before printing them out, we think it could be a good thing to review them,
mainly to make sure they're understandable and avoid as many mistakes as
possible.

As most people who submitted their posters are non-native English speakers,
I'm turning to you for some help : who would be willing to review the
posters ?
You can also forward this request to other relevant lists.

Thank you all very much,

Anne-Laure (WMFR), on behalf of the Community village organization team.
