Dear all,

Back in February, the first public steps in the WMF's Annual Planning
process were published – documenting its Product & Technology departments'
draft work portfolios

(nominally
called "buckets").

Today, *Part 2* of this documentation is now available, *covering the
departments' proposed Objectives and Key Results *(OKRs) in a more
comprehensive and tabular, format:

This draft documentation is published in the spirit of trying to get
something public, and published, even though it is not finished yet so that
