The nomination for the 2024 Coolest Tool Award  is open! Please recommend
tools until Friday May 10th, 2024. You can nominate as many tools as you
want by filling out the survey multiple times. Submitting multiple entries

   Are you passionate about the intersection of wiki-based collaboration

successful conclusion of the Outreachy Round 27 Internship program! Over
the past few months, our interns have showcased immense dedication,
enthusiasm, and talent, contributing significantly to our community's
growth and development.

   application is currently under review, along with the list of projects

   a project you'd like to submit for GSOC, we'd love to hear from you

You might have already heard the buzz: the Wikimedia Hackathon is gearing
up for an incredible event in Tallinn, Estonia

we're thrilled to announce that the Registration form is now open

includes an optional Scholarship application

5th 2024.

Participation in the onsite Wikimedia Hackathon in Tallinn is contingent
upon registration.  The registration portal will remain accessible until we
hit our venue's capacity, which is approximately set at 220 participants.
Here's the exciting part: the event itself is entirely free of charge
ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to join us.  Please note that
participants are required to make individual travel arrangements unless
they have been awarded a scholarship.

thrilled to share the exciting news that the 2024 Wikimedia Hackathon is
scheduled to unfold in the captivating city of Tallinn, Estonia

The Wikimedia Hackathon is an annual event, uniting the global technical
community in a dynamic gathering focused on connection, innovation, and
building really cool projects. At this event, technical contributors
hailing from all corners of the globe converge with a shared mission: to
enhance the technological infrastructure and software that underpins and
empowers Wikimedia projects. For this exceptional 2024 edition, the
Wikimedia Foundation is joining forces with WMEE, the official local
chapter of the Wikimedia Foundation in Estonia
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Eesti>, to bring you an
unforgettable experience.

The theme for this edition aligns with last year's, emphasizing the
gathering of individuals who have a track record of contributing to the
technical aspects of Wikimedia projects. We're looking for those who are

autonomously or collaborating effectively on projects.

While the majority of our event will unfold onsite, we're excited to share
