This is a final reminder that registration for the Wikimedia Hackathon is
closing for volunteers requesting a scholarship or visa and WMF staff in
three days on 9 February.  Registration link and more details about the
event can be found here on Mediawiki.org
.

Special thanks to Wiki Tech Storm organizers for helping us to re-think our
newcomer program to be even more friendly and easy to navigate and to the
GLAM community for coming up with so many good ideas so far. :)
Once staff and scholarships are confirmed (around 21 Feb) you can begin to
follow our progress on the newly opened Hackathon Workboard on Phabricator
 as people add their
projects and session ideas.

We are here to help, so please send an email if you have any questions or
ideas. :)

Hello!
This is a reminder that 10 days from now (9 February) is the deadline for
volunteers requesting a scholarship or visa and WMF staff to register for
the Wikimedia Hackathon 2020 in Tirana. After that point the decision
committees will begin work and we will not be able to accept any more
applications so please make sure to register before then if you have an
interest in attending.
For those self-funding to attend this event, registration will remain open.
