re:X11DRV_LineTo optimization ?

Forget what I said. I looked at the post again. They're not constants so
no constant folding type of stuff would happen. Duh :( However, the other 
portion of my babble actually holds. How often is it going to speed 
things up? Is it worth the extra code?
