Your patch seems OK to me. It probably has been forgotten for some reason.
Just resend it (you may add a (resend) to the subject line as well)

Hi WineDevs,

I made the patch to change the text on winehq and sent it to wine-patches but
still no change.
Do I have to do something else ?

The source code for winehq is available. You then make the changes you feel
are necessary to the source code, create a difference file and submit this to
wine-patches.

Are you familiar with this process?

Thank you,

That looks not very difficult. I think I can do it.

Yes and yes. Here is the page with lots of details:
http://wiki.winehq.org/GitWine

All you really need to do is:
1. Install git
2. Get WineHQ's source (assuming you want to put it into your home directory):
$ cd ~
$ git clone git://source.winehq.org/git/website.git
$ cd website.git
3. Set your complete name and e-mail address as it would appear on all your
patches:
$ git config --global user.name "Your Name"
$ git config --global user.email "m...@example.com"
4. Edit files as required
5. Make sure everything works.
6. Commit changes with:
$ git commit -a
7. Create a patch to be sent to wine-patches mailing list:
$ git format-patch --keep-subject HEAD^

Thank you all for your reply,

I'm not familiar with this process , but I will try to find out how this
works.
Do I have to install git en download the complete source of the website,
or can I only download the download.template change that and submit that
somewhere ?

It would be much nicer if the website knew when a translation became out
of date. As it is sometimes the translations get much older than the
English version and become less useful than an untranslated document.

Hi,

There are 3 translation template files for the download page:
(From the root directory of your local git repository)
./templates/de/download.template
./templates/pl/download.template
./templates/en/download.template
I think You should update all of them (That's what I did for the Slackware
package description anyway ;) ).
http://wiki.winehq.org/GitWine details how to create a local clone of the git
repository and how to generate and format the patch.

I think you'll want to make a patch against the website git repository.
 See . You can send the
patch to wine-patches as usual. The file you probably want to edit is
templates/en/download.template. I'm not sure how translation changes
get propagated.

Make sure to note in the subject that it is for the [website] project.
That will help the maintainer pick it out of the patch stream.

Who can I write a mail to change the text ? I already tried web-admin ad
