Anche in Italia mi sa che abbiamo avuto problemi, proprio il 12 per quasi un giorno, ma solo in Veneto (non saprei dirvi perché) non si raggiungevano alcuni siti tipo repubblica.it ed altri da diversi operatori. L'unica cosa che ho notato (solo dal mio ISP) è che il tracepath mi si fermava a un router di albacom, e ora che funziona vedo che in effetti è comune ai percorsi.
