Re: [WISPA] KP Performance has our seal of approval

2013-08-07 Thread Clay Stewart
Then my point would be that comparing the KP to UBNT standards is apples
and oranges. A comparison of KP and Titanium would be apples and apples.
Also a comparison of standard UBNT with RF Shields and KP would be apples
and apples.

We are finding that the TIs are rock solid allowing several on same plane
of a tower, and also have had great success of interference removal using
RF Shields on standard model sectors.

Anyone can add experience using KP and TI or KP and RF Shielded standards?

Sorry, replaced keyboard with coffee, it had more then me this morning.
 Anyway

The question is are you comparing standard UBNT sectors or Titanium
 sectors with KP?

We had just a few customers on the UBNT until we were forced to try to get
more of them on the UBNT due to the interference. We installed the dishes
on 7 of the NSM2 and achieved great signal and throughput up to 27 miles.
Some of the signals are not stellar but the customers are extremely
satisfied. The one at 18.5 miles uses that other brand of reflector, the
one with the chinsy UBolt instead of a standard round dish mast like the KP
dish uses. The next time we are in the area it will be getting switched
out for a KP dish. Next step is to switch out the stocker UBNT panel for a
KP Panel. Anyways hats off to our friends to the north
