The advice I have generally received is to use OSPF only for distributing infrastructure routes within one's network, and iBGP for all production routes (i.e. netblocks associated with customers and services). Run what you require... If you need internal dynamic routing protocol for your network only just use ospf - bgp on top would be unnecessary and most likely problematic ran in this fashion. If you require bgp because you have clients that you want to peer with then fine...
