They are mounted to the antenna with a 2 foot cable then fastened to mast the cat5 has a 6 inch loop. It is hard to believe I am the only one with this problem. Where did you get them? We've returned defective units without issue to Ubiquity. They are very responsive. Have you asked these questions in their forums?
