I didn't see the 7.1.91.0 code available on the download site for any 
controller but the 5508, so asked our Cisco SE.


According to him, 7.1.91.0 requires 5508 controllers.  I'm assuming that 
also applies to any higher version.

We went with the 1252s over the 1140s for that very reason. We even have 
a few mounted at 45 degree angles around the campus.

that they were meant to be installed horizontally. It’s been
