Mobile IP isn't seen to much in the Wi-Fi arena,
It is more mobile (cellular) adpoted technolgy , CDMA2000,
So your looking at the wrong place

IP. I mean after connecting to hotspot you have to just know whether this
hotspot has a mobile IP support so that you can make connection to internet via
HomeAgent and have the facility of mobile roaming.
