That issue is fixed in Npcap 0.9988, released on 2020-03-05.

OK, we should update the wireshark releases to install 0.9988.

If we cannot fix regression issues between releases I think it's better to
revert or disable newer functionality. The ability to copy text from various
dialogs is used by many users, myself included.

Version 0.0.5: Add Copy Button, don't reset, add date to title

This version adds a "Copy" button to make it easier to copy the window text to
the clipboard. It also no longer resets the tap when the capture file is
reloaded, closed or even when a new capture file is loaded. There's no point
in resetting the window data and text since it's a static snapshot anyway, and
not resetting it makes it possible to do things like compare resolved addresses
from one capture file with another without necessarily requiring another
instance of Wireshark to be started. I would have liked to have been able to
add the capture file name to the title to make it clearer as to which file the
data pertains to, but that doesn't seem to be possible yet, so for now, I've
added a date/timestamp to the title so it's at least a little clearer as to
when the snapshot was taken.

Unless there are bugs reported or other suggestions to be made, I think this is
the last version. I'm basically out of ideas as to how else to enhance it.

   Product: Wireshark
   Version: unspecified
  Hardware: x86-64
OS: Linux

IEC 60870-5-101 dissector can not decode some typeid information.
Example: TypeID 2 (Single point information with time tag [M_SP_TA_1]) does not
work well. The timetag can not be decoded.
But the TypeID 30 (Single point information with time tag CP56Time2a
[M_SP_TB_1]) work very well. All the data can be decoded.

I am trying to reproduce this issue. Which text-field do you mean? I can
acknowledge, that this bug only exists on Mac with Qt > 5.12 (not being able to
reproduce on < 5.13), which also mean that it does not exist in the offical
binary. I was not able to reproduce on Linux and Windows

I don't think this is a workaround, rather a removal of a feature for the
majority of users for the benefit of a single (and not the most prominent)
plattform.
