Help Icon(Icon with question mark) at Start-Programs-TestPrg-client
is not displaying properly. below is the code for same.

I searched in the mailing list and it appears that COMPlus was in build 3.0.3001.0. Now, my question is - where is build 3.0.3001.0 or higher?
