[WiX-users] How to customize error messages in Wix standard bootstrapper application
Hi, I have a WiX standard bootstrapper application. I want to change the text of the following error message: Setup Failed... 0x80070666 - Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel. The above error is shown in bootstrapper when there is a related bundle already on the system (say, when higher version already exists and I try to install bootstrapper application with lower version) What I need is change the text to my own text. How can I do this? Is it possible to remove Setup Failed? In short, I want to override this entire message with my own for this error code.
