[WiX-users] How can I display Maintenance Dialog of MSI using burn bootstrapper.

I have MSI which is Launched by burn bootstrapper, but I could not be able to 
display the Maintenance dialog from burn.

[WiX-users] bootstrapper project failing

I created a simple bootstrapper project to pre-install SQLSysClrTypes.msi but I 
am getting Failed to CreateProcess on path. I really appreciate for your help.
