IIS has this strange locking behavior on Metabase keys that would often mess with deployment (since we often touch so many different keys). What you're seeing is an informational message that a retry was necessary and if things proceeded without failure then that last retry was successful. When every we see these messages, most of the times, the web sites are not created. But install completes successfully. When we try to uninstall of the product it fail because the sites are not present. Any work around to avoid this situation?
