[WSG] Free CSS Editor Recomendations?

I was wondering if the professionals in here can recommend any free CSS 
Editors that might possibly be geared towards a newbie to CSS. I know 
there are some if I search Google, but would appreciate your input as a 
professional which ones you think would be the best. I'm personally 
using Style Master 4.03 (just purchased it recently), but would like to 
be able to recommend a free one to my friends who cannot afford Style 
Master.
