Instead of running VSPManager as administrator could you add an entry 
for the non privileged user to the registry key ACL and set the required 
permissions there?


Obviously backup the registry first ;)

I just helped him and that's exactly what we had to do.
VSPManager was giving a permission error on a registry key.

If I run either PowerSDR or Thetis as an interface to my ANAN 100D, WSJT-X will 
not connect to either end of the virtual COM port.  I'm using vspMgr to create 
the virtual COM ports.  Before anyone asks; yes my Win10 was recently upgraded.
