Generally this mailing list is for discussing issues in the development of WTP itself, not its use. I would suggest reading http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/community/tutorials/BuildJ2EEWebApp/BuildJ2EEWebApp.html and http://www.vogella.com/articles/EclipseWTP/article.html . You probably want to ask further questions in the newsgroup at http://eclipse.org/forums/eclipse.webtools , and have a more specific question--the sort that can be answered without authoring a tutorial on the spot.
