Sorry, it turns out the URL that I sent out was a temporary one. We should
be using this one:

Any chance we can use Zoom today? Check/Carl/Elson, did you get the
password and access URL from the webmaster?

The agenda is posted, but it lacks the action items below (Nick can you

Subject: [wtp-dev] WTP news for Monday, April 23: action items for
JavaEE, Dali and PMC; dev call / smoke test reminder
Sent by: wtp-dev-boun...@eclipse.org
Some updates from since we last met.
1. JavaEE tests from org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.tests are failing. Please
investigate if you're an subject matter expert (SME) in JavaEE. I've
kicked another build - this might have been simply a Jenkins glitch, as
there have been apparently no commits since March 29 [1].
Or it could be caused by new upstream changes in Eclipse Platform, which
will require adapting to API changes upstream.

2. JEM tests are still not enabled. Any progress on that?
AI: John, Carl, Rob
3. Nitin nominated me to be a committer for www.eclipse.org/webtools so I
could more easily make updated related to releases, but that election
failed to get enough votes. If you're a committer on that project and
would like to try another election, please do so.

AI: Elson, Carl, Chuck (?)
4. Parent pom / requirements updates are coming this week to ensure we're
using the latest pre-M7 bits. I've opened a BZ to track this. If you're a
PMC, please cast your obligatory +1 vote.
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=533942
AI: PMCs listed on the bugzilla
5. Last week's smoke test was inconclusive, as Dali did not cast a +1. As
such, the build was not promoted.
https://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_Smoke_Test_Results_R3100_20180412121956
For this week's Smoke test, I'm hoping for 100% participation, or at
least an email saying "assume if the build is green that we're fine and
don't wait for a green checkmark in the wiki."
AI: Neil, Brian, Shaun
Thanks everyone. Any questions about your respective action items, please
don't hesitate to ask.
6. Dev call reminder
As a reminder, there will be a dev call on Thursday at 2pm EST, along
with a new smoke test request for this week's I build.
Dali folks, do you think you might send a delegate this week? We haven't
had a rep from Oracle for months - in fact I'm not sure I've ever heard a
Dali voice on the call since I started attending last summer! :D
