webtools.datatools Committers, David Williams has expired the commit rights for Sheila Sholars (sholars). The reason for this change is:
datatools is in maintenance-only mode, so it's not surprising there is much inactivity, but ... it's also clear some of current committer list can be made more accurate by removing those that would not be involved in that maintenance.
