Yes, they were changed under bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/417874 and are
shown on https://www.eclipse.org/webtools/releases/3.21/NewAndNoteworthy/ .
It's a source structure used by both Gradle and Maven, and there's little
reason for us to continue having a structure unique to our tools other
than, "we've always done it this way".
