New Update. Got a DNS Error the first time so I hope it works now.

Made some adjustments to deal with the new page layout.

- Added page counter for video lists

- Removed 'IGN-First', 'IGN-Live' and 'List Series' from folders since
filter options and dedicated pages seem to have disappeared from the page.
Looking for an alternative solution, for now these options are not
supported. Let me know on the forums if you find any dedicated page.

- To make up for this I added the following podcasts: Up At Noon, Game
Scoop!, Beyond!, Unlocked, Nintendo Voice Chat, Esports Weekly, and Fireteam
Chat

The original Author AddonScriptorDE hasn't been active in more than 6 month
and so his bugged version vanished from the official repository. I recently
fixed this plugin and would like to keep updating it in the future. Please
let me know if the information provided inside the addon.xml is sufficient
to credit him as the original author.

you can move his name out of the author field and somewhere in the
comments/changelog or so
