So they should be able to interpolate between themselves. Somehow kernel from arndale-domU-3.9 branch of http://xenbits.xen.org/git-http/people/julieng/linux-arm.git/ boots with same setup. What do you mean by same setup? Same DOM0? Same Xen? Same kernel config file? Are you using a android kernel or upstream?
