  Could you synchronize the console here, there are two ways to do this:
1) add sync_console to the cmdline _before_ --
2) apply the follow diff

 Do you have output for this?

Thanks for the log, it helps.  Can you please boot the same kernel (the
one that hangs) with the `nosmp' option passed to Xen?
