[XeTeX] fontspec issue with visible spaces in verbatim* environment

2011-09-27 Thread VAFA KHALIGHI
Hi

As a part of localization of xepersian, I also should localise verbatim and
verbatim* environment but verbatim as you know needs special attention. I am
getting a strange problem. Please see attached. If fontspec is loaded,
visible spaces in myverbatim* environment disappear but without it, there is
no problem. I also should add that verbatim* environment seems to behave ok
with or without fontspec being loaded.

Can you please tell me what the issue is and how I can fix it?

Thanks

No worries. I got it. I had to use \fontspec_print_visible_spaces:

[XeTeX] Modification of xepersian-mathsdigitspec and parsidigits

2011-09-27 Thread nathan . sidoli
How do I modify the behavior of xepersian-mathsdigitspec and
parsidigits so that the characters for 4, 5, and 6 correspond to the
Arabic numerals (U+6064,U+6065,U+6066), as opposed to Persian numerals
(U+60F4,U+60F5,U+60F6)? I found a parsidigits.map file online (by
Vafa), which has the mapping and would be easy to modify, but I cannot
find this file anywhere on my system. The file
xepersian-mathsdigitspec seems to refer to parsidigits and I can't see
how to make the necessary changes in a modified version of this file.
