My X-server is not starting.As a result,I am not able to run Redhat Linux8.0 in graphic mode.I am enclosing details below:
OS-kernel: Linux version 2.4.18-14
Log file:"/var/log/XFree86.0.log"
Using Config file:"/etc/X11/XF86Config"
I am using:XFree86 Version 4.2.0{Redhat Linux release:4.2.0.71
and:Intel D845GLVA desktop board
Please let me know at the earliest how and where to get the latest version and how to install it(I have never done this type of stuff before)
