-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi,
I looked up your faq about a possibly release of a working SIS 771/671 3D driver, but haven't found an affirmative answer. So I have to ask when it would be possible to use opengl/3D with this chip considering the fact it seems to be available for Windows, and following the post on this blog http://barroslee.blogspot.com/2007/09/release-sis671sis672-linux-3d-driver.html it should also be available for Linux - but nevertheless nobody gets this driver. So would it be possible to run 3D with this chip and a X.org driver in future-releases? And how long would this take according to your expectations? Sincere regards Benjamin Wech P.S. Hope this text will be understandable, because I'm not really sure about my english. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFI7MM0vvOtE4PNyH0RAg0EAKCLGEc/jq/YQP/rmuPFB7kdvgKLFwCeOSyy wwA+ucUonN/mxX27roDWw8k= =isvs -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ xorg mailing list xorg@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/xorg
