This merge-request fulfills a desideratum of the Xubuntu Team as well as the 
Community. Having the option to install a "light version" of Xubuntu without 
the default apps gives users a nice additional choice. This is especially nice 
for users with limited bandwith.

I've tested the seed-file myself and I think it's ready to get merged for 
14.04. Great work on that, Unit193!
