Public bug reported:
If any OVS-enabled host with GRE tunnes change it IP, neutron do not
discard entry in ovs_tunnel_endpoints table and recreate gre-x
interfaces in br-tun on every boot.
Expected behavior: automaic removing of entries in ovs_tunnel_endpoints
when IP address is changed.
