There's not a single ERROR level log there from Keystone - this looks to
be coming from apache's log config in devstack?

Title:
Thousands of "[:error]" in keystone debug logs makes it hard to debug

Status in devstack - openstack dev environments:
  New

Bug description:
  Look here:

  http://logs.openstack.org/31/111131/2/gate/gate-tempest-dsvm-
  full/58b9b4d/logs/screen-key.txt.gz

Search for "error" and you get ~48K hits. This makes it pretty hard
to debug actual errors in the keystone logs.

I'm guessing this is keystone reading from the apache httpd stderr
  stream.
