Mitaka Openstack: --- On the Mitaka dashboard, Source panel on Launch instance window gives the option to create and attach a new volume of desired size along with the image used to create an instance. However, when I try to create an instance with an image and along with a new volume attached, the instance gets created successfully but does not show the image details. This sounds like a Horizon issue to triage.
