- Add a "Long running service" sub-page
Application details page:
- Improve the layout
-- Correct the component borders - Remove double border & the extra space
-- Layout "Application Basic Information" vertically
- List attempts under the application as a subpage
- Hide the diagnostics panel when, diagnostics data is not available
