It's an instrumental, just two acoustic guitars (FZ and ((I think)) "Bird Legs Youman"). It starts with Frank announcing the songs key (F) in a rather exasperated/impatient manner,"e!". It's a slow number with Frank playing some incredibly beautiful phrasing and picking until the accompaniest's fingers get entangled in the strings and Franks asks "Getting tired?" and the other dude says "Uh-uh.
