Does anyone know how to see more than 130G when installing a new hard drive? I was told that you format each section separately. I'm at a loss to know what is wrong with it, I made a straight copy and didn't view the original before I posted it on to you. But my copy is A1 with no skipping problems. Was the package and disc damaged at all? Or is it a play problem? I'll do another copy from my copy and send it to Neil. I know it can accept more than 130because this 300G drive is to replace the faulty 200G. I just cant work out how to make either windows or DOS see the remaining 170G? When I drop in an mpeg file it makes all the details available including PAL or NTSC format as well as resolution total time and file size. It also has the ability to convert one to the other but there is usually a slight quality loss. I think the new Toast 7 might have this. I know it has the DivX to DVD converter and the flac support like the windows version. Probably any free or shareware video editor you might find for Mac would be able to tell you the stats for each file though. I understand that such programs are now available for Mac running OS X.
