I got the same error. I think it's
part of the .NET Framework thing from Microsoft. I have always avoided .NET
because I couldn't see any need for it and it runs a service all the time in the
background. (I think) and it's big. It's said to be a tool to help software
developers or something like that and I think the Zappa Base is dependent on it.
