I think this problem will never end. Take the example of Haryana state. Still we are slave. Who want to job under cast mark? but reserved person have to make their livibghood. Dear Sir, Thanks for your concern. I had already made the complaint to UGC, Vice President of India, Director Higher Education and so so.. From anywhere VC got this information and recruted the person having less qualification than me. We were only two persons in interview. He was not even intervied for more than a minute. He was doing PhD in Physical Chemistry. However my all Phd work was on environment chemistry. I have Tought environment sciene to UG students. After knowing the complaint VC, made the slection of that condidate which was not intervied more than maximum 2-3 minute. However their was a presentation for 5 minutes at the start of interview. This the India yaar, My Home Country!! I am totally frustated. Now I understand, Why Dr. Ambedkar Rao have changed his releason? These people does not let us survive. After consulting University authorities a new interview letter was issued on 26/02/2010 (Letter No. EST/10/1706/Estt. I) in which date is mentioned to be 03/03/2010 at 9:30AM. 2. When I reached at University on said date and time, It was said to me that interview has been postponed. Why I was not intimated for that? Peon bring water and I have almost taken half glass when clerk said me to go into interview room. He was doing PhD in Physical Chemistry in Panjab University. It appears to be that sign of slection comettee were taken after knowing about complaint because there was no way to out from my quaries. Already for this post they have conducted interview. At that time also we both appeared for interview. But I thought that I am not PhD i.e. why they did not recruit? I cleared the NET in 2002, appeared for interview in PU for three to four time. Every time either they said not found sutable or recruited person studing in PU, all when slected were non PhD. This the India yaar, My Home Country!! I am totally frustated. When he just went for interview i asked then peon for a glass of water. I have only finished half of glass when clerk said to me to go to VC room (where slection comettee was. Clearly indicating that VC was annoyed with my complaint, and made a fresh slectionlist, got signed from commettee members, and supplied the information to Vice president of India (from where I have requested the same information). Why interview was cancelled on spot (02/03/2010) and Why the candidate who's corresponding address was of same city in which University is situated was not intimated for postponing the date of interview? 3. Further, afresh interview letter was issued on 19/03/2010 for interview to be conducted on 02/04/2010 at 4:30PM. 4. Why I was mentally tortured by using abusing language by VC? 5. For reserved post, Why every year interview is conducted but seats are not filled? Is it for money making? 6. Why every year, It is said to UGC, Not found Suitable. 7. For a reserved post of Lecturer for SC, what can be more qualification than Ph.D.? Is in India education system has fallen upto such a extent that suitability of a candidate (for a post of lecturer) can not be predicted on the basis of having PhD degree, CSIR-UGC NET (LS), HP SLET, GATE and Teaching experience of more than 2 years at university level? But such a candidate is insulted in interview. 8. Why private colleges/ Universities do not issue NOC (No Objection Certificate) but ask to resign? 9. Why NOC is required from private employer, if candidate do not want to take any benefit of his experience from last employer in the case when private authorities do not issue NOC?
