Project Overview

In this project, the processes and technical framework for gathering requirements for a worldwide application will be defined and implemented. This entails:

· Reviewing the current processes and technologies,

 

• &nnbsp; Identifying improvements,

documenting the project requirements,

 

• &nnbsp; Implementing the new system and processes, and

 

• &nnbsp; Migrating the existing requirements to the new framework.

Specifically, Citi GECD is migrating the requirements management tool and processes from DOORS to Requisite Pro, and taking advantage of the opportunity to create a flexible requirements repository. The Repository will be used to generate Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Data Glossaries or Data Dictionaries, and related product capabilities documents.

Job Description

The Project Lead will work in the CitiDirect/GECD Project team to define, plan and implement the reengineering of application requirements, product capabilities, and interface specification gathering, documentation, and maintenance. The current and future projects will dramatically expand the capacity and features of the cash management, trade, liquidities, and receivables offerings. It is critical that the requirements management system is built to meet the needs of this growing and fast-paced environment. A large part of the project will be migration of existing requirements repository and artifacts from DOORs to Requisite Pro.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Understanding of business requirements analysis and documentation processes and tools.

• Technical design / solution development using Requisite Pro

• Coordination and tracking of project tasks and timelines

• Lead and train other team members

• Define a vision and execute a plan to completion

Specifications / Qualifications

Must Have:

Requisite Pro requirements tool experience mandatory Strong business analysis and requirements management process orientation

5 Years of strong experience with enterprise level financial applications

Ability to bridge business needs and technology development

Ability to understand and resolve both functional and technical customer issues across a wide array of products and technologies

Ability to translate client deliverables into detailed plans

Ability to multi-task and prioritize day-to-day activities

Critical thinking skills

Problem Analysis skills

Strong Organization/Follow-up Skills

Hands-on, and attention to detail

 

 

Nice to Have:

DOORs requirements tool experience a plus Bachelor's/Master's --technical degree preferable Corporate cash management application or business experience
