Job Description:
Voice Business Analyst - IVR, PBX, Avaya
This is a contract opportunity to perform business analysis functions
surrounding IVR and Call Routing technologies projects. You will work with
cross functional teams including IT, Client Services, and Operations to develop
high level Vision Scope statements, process and business flows, and
present/future processes. Understanding business needs in addition to Voice
technology will be a major part of this role. Be a participant along with
managing the coordination of problem definition, high level requirements,
production validation, post initiative trending and analysis. Requirements
include 5+ years of focused Business Analysis experience, strong Voice Industry
experience including IVR, PBX, Avaya, and Call Processing Flows.
