Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend appropriate applications or modifications. *Specific Job Description:* *SAP * -Knowledge of the various communication types supported by SAP (primarily IDOC, BAPI, RFC) -3 years of hands on experience with IDoc and BAPI mapping -Use of SAP GUI to run transactions to find info/issues with IDocs, BAPIS and ABAP objects. -Knowledge of SAP supply chain processes is a plus *IWAY * -Very good understanding of IWay adapter for SAP, its usage and limitations. -Proven ability to create/modify new/existing web services using IWay Application Explorer *WLI (THIS IS A MUST)* -A through understanding of the J2EE and Web Logic architecture is a must. -At least 2 years practical experience in creating and debugging process flows within WLI. -7 years client/server Java coding experience, including 3 years experience in writing JSP pages -An understanding of how the different forms of data that will be processed by WLI (Flat file/XML/SOAP) are a must. *UNIX * -Ability to write shell scripts. * Other:* -Must have good written and verbal skills in order to communicate issues effectively. -Team player, accountable and committed to delivery dates -Problem solving attitude and ability to work independently -Must be able to write technical specs that effectively communicates the requirements to other members of the team. -Working experience with Client VIPS organization for code packaging and release is a plus but not required.
