There's a round-up of "the Best Web Application 
Servers" in this month's Linux Magazine (Nov - 8 ball on 
cover). It includes Zope and WebSphere. Its not really a 
comparison though, but it might give you some ideas. 

You could also get some ideas from Kemalus' "Guide 
for Corporate Decision Makers" 
(http://www.zope.org/Members/Kemalus/make_zope_dec
ision). 

I'm no marketer, but if you could find a similar 
document on WebSphere you might be able to do 
a 'real' comparison.
