As far as I practice, I make backups of the filesystem on a regular basis. If you replace the Data.fs with an older version without the corruption, it does work. I suspect the program "LoadSite" when I uploaded my 900+ files. (By the way, all those 900 files are now in smaller directories) Why I suspect LoadSite ? Because in the source of this data.fs, I can see several "loadsite_headq" or something like.. I got that problem twice, and twice I used LoadSite. I don't want to see that crash again, I'm losting time and money. The worse is that in the LoadSite web page, they don't notice that it could corrupt this data.fs. But it's only a quess. Maybe LoadSite is not quilty.
