[Zope-CMF] Topics are not catalogued...
Is there a specific reason topics were never catalogued? Turns out this is the behavior they inherit from PortalFolder . Now from what I see Plone-2.5 does index Topics and folders. My question is - how much am I going to break if I monkey-patch PortalFolder to be index-able? Meaning that Topics are going to be indexed and since I'm using Plone-2.0.5 Folders are indexed as well. -- Dmitry Makovey Web Systems Administrator Athabasca University (780) 675-6245 pgpib9wtTs7Ph.pgp Description: PGP signature ___ Zope-CMF maillist - Zope-CMF@lists.zope.org http://mail.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zope-cmf See http://collector.zope.org/CMF for bug reports and feature requests

CMF 1.4 is unmaintained. This has been known for a long time. Plone, as the largest "customer", prescribes specific Zope and CMF versions, which obviously have been tested ad infinitum. I don't see the value for continuing to automatically test combinations that are not used.
