This is strange. You're right, unfortunately, appsetup *is* used
outside of the tests. My only explanation is that grep fooled me,
because I was convinced this was a proper change to make.

I've reverted the change. This probably will cause zope.container to
pull in the whole world again :-(, but I don't see a quick way around
this, so this will need more careful investigation.
