Re: [ZWeb] Update Multiple Records
April, You are going to want to use the zope list: http://mail.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zope This particular list is strictly about the website. I agree with Brad Allen's comments about Zope needing to project a bit of seriousness, and this is serious with still enough color. I'm a text-oriented guy so I'm really am waiting for the catchy text in the middle. I hope we can get this integrated for another mockup, also concerning subpages. [ZWeb] Update Multiple Records
Hi, I have a web page that goes to a database and pulls out a bunch of records for display and then I gave each field the ability to modify except the primary ID. The problem I'm having is how do I make each field unique so that I can go back to the database and update the record. I was thinking about putting the primary key in the name like: but I don't know how to do that with python. Is there another way to update a bunch of records at once? ___ Zope-web maillist - Zope-web@zope.org http://mail.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zope-web

There are normal users and product releases in current zope.org, but that might change in the future 'zopeweb' and thats what Andrew was talking about in his reply. Yeah, I'm well aware of that. [ZWeb] Zope related Screencasts
There have been some Zope related Screencasts published lately. I thought we could need a listing of those on Zope.org too. http://www.zope.org/Members/d2m/tests/Screencasts is a mockup of such a listing, feel free to add your links to screencasts to test it (instructions are on the page). This listing could well go into http://www.zope.org/Resources/Screencasts/ or http://www.zope.org/Documentation/Screencasts/ What do you think ?
