Hi there, I found the bug "Fonts with embedded bitmaps are not always rotated" in Java8. It seems that this bug is fixed for Java11. ( https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8204929) There was the issue on this bug in Java8. But it is closed as duplicated. ( https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8163278) Now this bug is NOT fixed in Java8. I think this could perhaps be the right issue to reopen and fixed(backported).
