I got the Shifted Phases " The Cosmic Memoirs of the Late Great Rupert J
Rosinthrope" (Tresor) CD a couple of days ago and noticed that the last
tune is called "Flux" but it's the same tune as "Son if the Green Whale"
from the "Harnessed the Storm" release. I haven't figured out if there are

sorry about the OT (I don't have the 313techknow email addy) but I'm
looking for a good book(s) covering both the basics of Pro-Tools and some
advanced functions too.
So far I'm looking at "A Musician's Guide to Pro-Tools" by John Keane and
"Pro-Tools for Music Production: Recording, Editing & Mixi
They are playing all capital cities in Australia, as well as Auckland in NZ,

played.tape loops, doubles, acapellas.all that kind of cool stuff
alot of the tracks he plays on the early grandmixes are also hotmix
favourites

I do not think he was doing the same as the hot mix 5. He was just recording
mxes at home which were then broadcasted on the radio.

every Friday night called "in the mix". In 1983 he did his first Grandmix in
a series of 10. The last annual mix was the Grandmix of 1992...
