One general trend of opinion was that the 909 especially was far too

the contradiction between machines and soul; the amount of soul you get is
made more remarkable by the knowledge and acceptance of the fact that it's
coming from machines.
Funny, I guess there's an interview with Radiohead (or just Thom Yorke) in
Erb Magazine this month where Thom is dieing to get his hands on some
Detroit Techno and this guy makes him a mix of classics, actually good
stuff
They do like techno, and know about it too.
They had to get some remixes
Also I heard they were very pleased as well when Dave Clarke
used their tune in his World Service CDI know not Detroit Techno but still
visa
